This project introduces us to the definition of project management by working on a simple construction project. The task for each group is to form our own organisations and introduce the roles of a project manager, client and other stakeholders involved in a project life cycle. From there on, we engaged in a weekly mock Client-Consultant Meetings (CCM) where each member was tasked to handle their job scope as well as learn how to organize and conduct meetings. We were tasked by our mock client to design a chill-out area within a budget of RM 1.5 million and a time scope of 1 year.
